As the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) at Locality, you will be a key strategic partner to the executive team, providing financial insights, analysis, and decision support. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance professional to lead our FP&A function, driving budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes. The Head of FP&A will play a crucial role in guiding the financial direction of our media advertising company and contributing to our growth and success.

• Provide comprehensive financial insights and analysis to the executive team, supporting the development of effective financial strategies and identifying opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.
• Oversee the month-end and year-end financial performance review, analyzing financial results, and providing actionable insights to improve business performance.
• Oversee the annual financial planning process, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and evaluating investment opportunities that align with the company's growth trajectory.
• Be the primary administrator and owner of multidimensional database management and financial performance management application, utilizing the system for all financial reporting and analysis purposes.
• Foster a collaborative and transparent communication environment regarding financial strategies with senior leadership, focusing on optimizing financial outcomes and resource allocation.
• Build and mentor an FP&A team, fostering a culture of high performance, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement in financial analysis and forecasting methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial data and reporting, aligning financial analysis with business operations and strategic goals.
• Lead the strategic financial planning and analysis process, including the development of forecasts, budgets, and financial models to support long-term business initiatives.
• Assess, recommend, and implement advanced FP&A tools and methodologies to enhance financial planning, reporting, and data visualization capabilities, empowering the team with cutting-edge analytical capabilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Implementation experience of budgeting and forecasting tools is highly valuable.
• Knowledge of both streaming TV advertising and broadcast advertising is desirable.
• 8-12 years of relevant experience, including management responsibilities in FP&A.
• Prior experience managing a finance team is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor finance professionals effectively.
• M&A experience is highly preferred.
• Previous experience in the media advertising industry is a plus.
• Experience with data validation and system administration is essential.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Proficiency and experience in the design and implementation of financial planning and analysis tools such as Oracle Essbase, Planful or similar software is highly valuable.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Compensation for the role includes a competitive base salary in the range from $180,000-$225,000 (dependent on years of experience, level of education obtained, as well as applicable skillset), and an excellent benefits package (including but not limited to health care benefits, retirement benefits and unlimited paid days off).
