We are looking for entrepreneurial spirits to join our Monetization Strategy & Operations team. You will have a ground-floor opportunity to shape monetization efforts for TikTok. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional leaders to assess performance and plan for the future.
The Monetization Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics and financial modeling, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations and help evolve early-stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
In this role, you will:
- Develop monetization strategy for Amazon by partnering with key stakeholders across sales/product functions
- Define key performance metrics and set targets to drive business growth
- Track business progress, and provide consistent optimization for business operations
- Conduct market research, and provide insights to the business team
- Lead global initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional & cross-regional teams to ensure effective cooperation
- Provide operational support to the team, not limited to policy design and execution, system support, JBP design and execution
Qualifications
- 4+ years of strategy, business operations, investment banking, consulting, or related analytical experience. Experience in the technical sector, especially in digital advertising and e-commerce is a plus.
- Solid research background and ability to really drive insights of the industry
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to use data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, etc.
- Self-driven, curious, passionate about being involved in the business, growing fast, and able to adapt to a high work pace
- Skilled project manager. Team-player with the ability to manage expectations across time-zones and cultures
- Rich experience in cross-team project cooperation and communication, able to work with multinational teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $84000 - $149333 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
