Job Summary
The Ecommerce Coordinator, Ecommerce will be responsible for supporting the Ecommerce business across AmorePacific US portfolio for Amazon, department store and specialty retailer accounts; including Sephora, Nordstrom, Saks, Sephora, Bergdorf Goodman and Neiman Marcus.
Reporting to the Amazon/Ecommerce Assistant Manager, this role will assist with APUS brands’ online presence by maintaining and optimizing online content across APUS e-retailer and Amazon channels. They will work closely with internal and external teams to assist with our asset creation process, tracking metric-based evaluation of the full catalog, ensuring all content meet optimal standards, and assist with asset organization and implementation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct site audits on a weekly basis to crawl for 3P sellers, competitive screenshot, and unauthorized content.
- Implement content for new launches and pillars, including copy, alt images, A+ content, videos, Brand Store, and reviews generation.
- Support accounts with digital coop creative request and any Ad Hoc sales and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain A/B testing on keywords, titles, and content.
- Assist with reporting and relevant internal and external presentations
- Implementation and ongoing maintenance of PDPs including optimization of product titles, descriptions, images, videos, and A+ content for Amazon, Sephora, and DS.com.
- Coordinate product creation template (NIS) for Amazon, Sephora, and DS.com.
- Consolidate reports using tools to identify opportunities in keywords and categorization
- Help maintain launch trackers, box.com, and asset distribution.
Qualifications
- Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships.
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint
- 1-2 years of experience in Digital, Pureplay, or Retailer.com business
- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
