The MMC Corporate HR teams seeks a Global HR Specialist who will work with select Marsh businesses (Advisory, Specialty and Placement). As a Global HR Specialist, you will work closely with Strategic People Partner(s) to support global businesses in the coordination of various ad hoc and annual processes that impact multiple regions.

We will count on you to:
- Assist with data and reporting requests from various systems
- Partner with HR colleagues across various regions and centers of excellence to coordinate processes
- Responds to various queries from managers and employees.
- Prepare documentation for employee visas and relocations
- Responsible for assisting in the year-end compensation process and performance review program.
- Produce PowerPoint presentations for initiatives including talent, performance, and compensation reviews
- Prepare basic tables and charts for data analysis
- Provide support to Global People Partners across various businesses and functions.
- Conduct research for ad hoc data gathering and data integration
What you need to have:
- A minimum of 3 years of work experience in Human Resources as a Specialist, Generalist or Coordinator.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
What makes you stand out?
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office: Teams, Excel (including use of pivot tables) and PowerPoint
- Some experience with PowerBI preferred
- Ability to collaborate across multiple areas of HR
- Must have experience dealing with large sets of employee data.
- Able to provide support in a remote environment to managers who are not co-located.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $62,000 to $124,000.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
