Job Description

HR Business Partner - Worldwide Investment Bank

Hybrid NYC (3-4 days on site)

Base Compensation range: $175,000 - $225,000 + benefits + bonus

Role: A global investment bank is looking for a HR Business Partner to support key global stakeholders in a Global Markets population.

Responsibilities:

Operate confidently with senior-level clients in a challenging, fast-paced environment.

Manage key HR activities:

Recruitment: Manage hiring plans, budget management, recruitment process, and internal mobility

Employee Relations: Provide full suite of ER service to your customer group

Talent: Work with learning to drive business performance, promotion process, and broad talent management initiatives

Change Management: Key support to management population in regard to all change management and restructuring activity

Compensation: Support all annual comp review processes

Qualifications & Skills:

Degree or equivalent qualification.

Minimum of 5 years' experience as an HR Business Partner.

Financial services sector, particularly with front office clients, preferred.

Worked in a matrixed organization and managed multiple stakeholders.

Data savvy; comfortable with numeracy.
