Global Communications Assistant Jobs

Oscar de la Renta is seeking a Global Communications Assistant. The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, work well under pressure and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. This role is based out of our NYC office.

Responsibilities include:

• Liaise with internal teams daily to execute communications related requests
• Liaise with celebrity stylists for dressing opportunities, as well as product seeding
• Assist with additional special projects and partnerships as needed related to brand and marketing initiatives
• Assist with the preparation of presentation decks for creative and marketing initiatives
• Manage all RTW, bridal, and accessory sample requests
• Work with the design and production teams to coordinate the production process and delivery of custom celebrity and editorial projects
• Assist in managing all brand PR events such as press previews, fashion shows and store openings
• Communicate daily with all national and regional publications, as well as online partners, prioritizing and allocating the various collections in order to maximize editorial coverage
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams to align on strategy surrounding collections and brand focused initiatives
• Assist with editorial press coverage worldwide utilizing international agencies for market specific coverage
• Own sample coordination for all internal creative shoots
