Global Communications Coordinator Jobs

What You’ll Do:

• Review and analyze overall press credits from all markets to evaluate return on investment and editorial success of Michael Kors Collection, Michael Michael Kors, Michael Kors Mens, and Michael Kors Brand
• Review and organize global feature story requests, interviews with Michael and process MK email Q&A requests
• Organize press initiative timelines, necessary recapping templates, and deadlines for all global corporate initiatives to ensure that all global markets are well informed, concerting efforts and strategically pitching/placing press.
• Manage analytics of press recaps on all global corporate initiatives, global events, and special projects to evaluate efficacy and ROI.
• Support editorial shoot requests and sample availability with internal teams.
• Fashion show coordination together with Director: Global allocations, seating, managing hospitality and Global Employee and Talent Itineraries
• Organize shipments, sample closet logistics, and VIP requests
• Continually research competitive brand initiatives to maintain competitive advantage and sustain brand equity amongst our luxury brand competitors
• Work with each international market to review corporate communications initiatives and lend expertise with regards to implementation of overall global and regional communications strategies through monthly, biweekly, and/or weekly touchbases

You’ll Need to Have:

• Microsoft Office, Google docs, FashionGPS
• 0-1 years of experience in a marketing, PR, or communications capacity
• Exceptional communication skills with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to multi-task projects with equal priority, anticipate issues and provide creative solutions
• Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
• Ability to work in NYC office 4 days a week
