Job Summary & Responsibilities

In this position, you will be the driver for a high touch, highly collaborative end-to-end hiring process, providing candidates and people leaders with a superior experience. You are a Nevro brand ambassador, and a key voice on the TA team helping drive quality hiring decisions. This is a high impact role, working with and across the entire organization.

Responsibilities

• Leverages and coaches others on proper usage of competency-based interviewing techniques
• Adjusts communication to accommodate audience
• Ensures an outstanding candidate experience through consistent communication, timely feedback and leading process improvements geared toward elevating such experiences
• Provides market guidance and recommendations to hiring managers
• TA/HR Project coordination and support
• Guides the development and execution for current and future sourcing strategies for all levels of hiring
• Drives a consistent TA process and process improvements in alignment with managers and org leaders
• Identifies, implements and improves KPIs that elevate performance and delivery of TA function
• Other duties as assigned
• Creates and shares social content on appropriate channels, and proactively posts positions to applicable job boards
• Enhances capabilities of applicant tracking system (ATS) and other sourcing tools to proactively lead talent sourcing and pipelining efforts for current or future needs based on business acumen and in partnership with hiring managers
• Identifies & enhances tools (i.e., LinkedIn, Indeed, Calendly) to effectively manage our hiring process
• Solves conflict in complicated situations, and anticipates potential organization risk when situations arise
• Trusted as a talent advisor and seen as a strategic partner
• Collaborates effectively with HR partners to help drive projects, and helps connect TA to all hiring outcomes
• Identifies new sources of talent and proactively moves strategies forward

Role Requirements

• Work experience in a full cycle recruiting environment (sourcing, assessment, scheduling, offer, onboarding)
• Prior experience as a TA partner, corporate recruiter, search firm client manager, or similar professional experience
• Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 1 year and a Master’s degree; or equivalent work experience.

Skills And Knowledge

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and team members with ever-changing deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Business Partner capabilities in a high performance work environment
• LinkedIn Recruiter user experience with a successful track record of converting passive talent to successful hires
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and be able to deal with ambiguity
• Medical Device experience highly preferred
• Ability to interface with all levels of the organization and with external candidates
• Enterprise ATS experience
• Highly organized with strong follow up skills and the ability to multi-task and team player
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Target Pay Range

$86,000 to $107,000 - the final starting salary offer to the successful candidate will be determined by evaluating several factors, such as education, experience, knowledge, skills, internal equity, alignment with market data, and geography. *Nevro is a multi-state employer, so the target pay range may increase or decrease depending on the city/state.
