Job Description

7.5 hr/day. 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, beginning wage: $16.50/hr. 10 month position.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Complete all trainings as required.
  • Assist teachers as needed.
  • Perform secretarial/clerical duties for administrators as requested.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Assist administration with instructional leadership responsibilities, activities and scheduling.
  • Assist with other workstations as needed on a daily basis.
  • Maintain accurate student records (enrollment, grades, discipline, class drops, transfers and attendance) per established procedures.
  • Verify reasons for student absences.
  • Prepare quarterly attendance data and send to computer service.
  • Compile daily master attendance rosters.
  • Maintains quality data tools.
