The Opportunity
West Music is looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Receptionist to join our team in the fast paced and friendly home office environment. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, friendly and attentive to our customers needs.
Job Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage appointments
• Greet visitors and provide them with access to the facilities
• Assist with administrative tasks and general office duties
• Answer incoming calls and direct calls to appropriate personnel and departments
• Manage the incoming and outgoing mail

Desired Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Previous customer service or receptionist experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Nice-to-Haves

• Previous experience using scheduling software
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Knowledge of musical instruments
• Previous experience in the music industry
• Bilingual in Spanish/English
