Position Description

Under general supervision, provides administrative support to the President's Suite: Office of the President, University Counsel, Associate Counsel, Chief Diversity Officer, and Board & Governmental Relations; completes all e-Business Suite and Oracle transactions; assists with faculty and staff immigration inquiries and supports immigration petitions filed through the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services; assists with writing, formatting, editing, organizing, scanning, and sending Presidential communications; provides reception, phone, daily scheduling, and special project support for the President's Suite; arranges meeting dates and coordinates complex schedules for large groups and various committees for President's Suite; provides reception support in the President's Suite; completes all supply orders including equipment orders, office supplies, campus supplies; schedules travel accommodations; and performs other related duties as assigned. This is a first shift position with a work schedule of Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Required Qualifications

Any combination of related clerical office experience, related undergraduate education and/or post high school clerical training that is the equivalent to five years of full-time employment and includes the use of word processing and spreadsheets.
