HealthFitness is looking for full-time Front Desk Supervisor to join our vibrant team at the West Clermont Healthplex in Batavia, OH. Our front desk team members provide the very first impression to members and guests and can set the tone for the day-to-day experience at our club. The attention shown to members – an inquiry on how they enjoyed their workout, a friendly smile as you bid them goodbye – enhances their experience and motivates them to return and take care of their health. What You'll Be Doing

• Other duties as needed/assigned.
• Train front desk on member management software, membership sales process, and customer service standards.
• Provide excellent customer service to all patrons including addressing patron issues and concerns.
• Supervise and schedule front desk staff of 10. Hire, develop, and train new front desk staffers as needed.
• Answer phones and interact with patrons as they enter and exit. Perform facility tours for prospective members. Communicate information about programs and related services.

What You'll Need

• Adult CPR/AED/First Aid certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
• Adept at using computers and be willing and able to learn point of sale and member management software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Active listing skills and ability to relate to and provide service to individuals of different backgrounds.
• Ability to work independently, problem solve, and make decisions with limited supervision. Strong skills in multi-tasking and the ability to remain calm and professional.
• Solid focus on customer service and quality orientation including attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness.
• Must be 18 years or older with High School Diploma/GED.
