- Guest Service Representative About the hotel: Schoenbrunn Inn is located in new Philadelphia, Ohio Your Responsibilities: This is for the 3rd shift (11p-7a) Hotel Front Desk Representative. Your responsibility is to make each guest feel welcomed when they enter the hotel. You will oversee the check-in and check-out experience is timely and a simple process for every guest. Listening for and responding to guest complaints. Light cleaning of the front desk and lobby area. Assisting in other departments as needed.
