- Guest Service Representative/Night Auditor About the hotel: Schoenbrunn Inn is located in New Philadelphia, Ohio This is for the Hotel Front Desk 2nd Shift (3p-11p) position. Your Responsibilities: The night auditor/guest service representative will act as the hotel liaison during night hours 11p-7a, assist in booking room reservations, answering hotel phone calls, and notifying guests of messages. Essential Qualifications: We are looking for someone who: Greets and assists all guests during arrival and departure Provides courteous guest services by responding promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests, and complaints Processes all reservations and cancellation requests in a timely manner by mail, telephone, fax, or in person Excellent communication skills both verbal and non-verbal Willing to go above and beyond for our guests and have a professional, positive attitude Phone and computer skills Ability to work overnight on a full-time or part-time basis Previous cash handling experience preferred About Nivea Hospitality: Nivea Hospitality is a management partner to hotels and resorts, committed to delivering excellence in guest services, employee development, and hotel operations.
