Fitness Sales Front Desk

The purpose of the Sales Representative is to assist the General Manager with new membership sales by bringing new members to the studio, building a relationship, providing a positive experience, and successfully moving them through the sales process to a membership sale. The Sales Representative also assists with retaining and providing unmated customer service to current members. Boutique fitness knowledge or experience is preferred, but not required. This position is a part-time position that will start at 10 hours a week and increase from there based on performance. COMPENSATION & PERKS:

Duties

• Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, and community events) to promote the studio
• Follow up and follow through activities with prospective clients via in-person, over the phone and email
• Present available services to current or prospective members
• Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
• Attend and complete all relative training programs
• Other duties as assigned
• Take pictures for social media platforms
• Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s goals and needs
• Light cleaning of the retail area, studio, and restrooms
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota
• Meet and/or exceed personal and studio sales goals
• Sell retail clothing and other items
• Emphasize and enforce objectives of the studio as a fitness and wellness provider
• Operate studio gym software (Club Ready)

Requirements

• Must have proficient computer skills and ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system
• Must be have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships and retail
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required
• Authorization to work in the United States required
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Self-motivated and takes initiate
• Warm welcoming and engaging personality
• Ability to build strong customer relationships
