For our team, we are looking for an administrator who will join our friendly team and be the main person at WorkCastle front desk to meet and welcome our clients.

The main task of the administrator is to ensure all procedures are followed, guests of WorkCastle are happy and all their inquiries are fulfilled quickly. This is one of the most important positions in our company, so we want to find the best of the best.

The essence of the work

  • Conduct, monitor the work schedule of offices and specialists;
  • Meet visitors and be able to resolve issues competently, professionally, calmly, but sympathetically;
  • To support friendly environment in WorkCastle;

As an administrator, your role will include a variety of responsibilities, such as:

  • Work with the client base: You will receive incoming calls and make warm outgoing calls, correspond by email with clients. You will post newsletters, memos and announcements. It is preferred if you have knowledge of the booking platform Archieapp.
  • Documents: You will keep logs and internal documentation of WorkCastle in accordance with job responsibilities. You will track incoming paperwork for new enrollments and ensure completion of files
  • Atmosphere: You will create a comfortable environment in WorkCastle, quickly and confidently resolve issues of clients and teachers, conduct excursions, keep order, and work with media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
  • Miscellaneous: You will fulfill the instructions of the head during the day, make purchases if needed or manage decor for the events in WorkCastle
  • Finance: You will control customer payments, so knowledge of the Godaddy payment system is desirable.
  • Staff: You will interact with employees and teachers, promptly resolve work issues.
  • Sales: You will have a good knowledge of the courses and programs of the center and be eager to engage the client.


Working schedule:

Mon - Fri 4.00 - 8.00 pm

Sat 8.00 am - 8.00 pm

Sun 10.00 am - 5.00 pm (on demand)
