We are looking for a full-time Front Desk Clerk to maintain and promote excellence in hospitality and customer service at all times, welcoming and serving guests courteously, efficiently, and friendly manner.
Best Western Plus Spring Inn & Suites is conveniently located near major business centers such as The Woodlands and George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH), major restaurant chains, entertainment, and attractions near Spring, Texas.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by handling and resolving guest issues and complaints
• Manage accounts receivable and billing
• Maintain records and files
• Assist with meeting room setup
• Perform other duties as required
• Handle guest reservations and check-in/check-out
• Fold laundry and load washers and dryers

Requirements

• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Ability to work effectively independently and/or with minimal supervision
• Ability to take ownership of your environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Reliable and always on time
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must be able to stand for the majority of the shift

Schedule: Please indicate the days of the week you are available during the following times:

• Overnight: 10 pm - 6 am
• Evening: 2 pm - 10 pm
• Morning: 6 am - 2 pm

Pay Rate

• $10.50-$11 per hour
