Front Desk Associate (Fitness Center - Early Morning Or Evening Shifts Available)

Our fitness center is seeking a Front Desk Associate to join our team. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the facility is clean, organized, and well-maintained, including equipment and common areas
• Greet and check in members and guests, ensuring they feel welcome and valued
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring the safety and security of all members and guests
• Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information
• Collaborate with coworkers to ensure all tasks are completed effectively and efficiently
• Assist with membership sales and renewals, explaining the benefits of our services and offerings

Requirements:

• Knowledge of basic computer skills and experience with office software applications
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with members and guests
• Passion for health, wellness, and fitness
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fitness or hospitality environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
