Job Description

FLB Next Recruit Group client (Int’l law firm) is seeking exceptional Finance Associates to join their corporate department. If you have a passion for credit and finance transactions, and a desire to work within a small, dynamic finance group, this is the opportunity for you!


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Assist in negotiating and structuring financing agreements while ensuring compliance.
  • More attention and opportunities for growth/getting substantive sophisticated work.
  • Work on diverse credit/finance transactions, representing Borrowers and/or Lenders.
  • Collaborate with senior team members on drafting legal documents, conducting due diligence, and analyzing financial data.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating complex information.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience working on credit and finance transactions.
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, credit analysis, and risk assessment.
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.)
  • Excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
