The Associate will support the transaction process for new Fund finance facilities across Subscription facilities, NAVs and Equity bridge loans from origination to closing

The Associate will support the transaction process for new Fund finance facilities across Subscription facilities, NAVs and Equity bridge loans from origination to closing.

Essential Functions/Responsibility Statements:

• Assist in developing and maintaining new and existing client relationships to support the team in growing the business, including preparation of marketing materials.
• Coordinating and supporting the approval of new transactions through relevant Business and Credit committees.
• Oversee the execution of increase and extension activity and support the development and industry knowledge of junior team members.
• Assist in strategic initiatives related to Fund and Structured finance such as identification of new opportunities, developing new revenue streams and strategic portfolio initiatives.
• Support origination of Fund finance facilities from pitching and origination to structuring, diligence, documentation and execution.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

Work Experience:

• 5-9+ years of general work experience
• 3-6 years of relevant experience

Skills and Abilities:

• Team player and self-starter
• Required experience: Fund finance experience in either Subscription Financing and/or NAV facilities
• Strong analytical / problem solving and project management skills
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and transactions
• Experienced in credit analysis and evaluating cashflows and valuations
• Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint

Working Conditions: Frequent Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing and walking. Occasional moving and lifting equipment and furniture is required to support onsite and offsite meeting setup and teardown. For NYC Job Applicants: The base annual salary range for this position is $126,000-$161,000. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
