Job Title: Finance Senior Associate - Remote

The key responsibilities for this position are financial analysis and reporting.

The analyst will present operating results for various department managers and communicate the expense plans and results.

Accounting knowledge (forecasting, variance analysis, trend analysis and financial reporting)

Some examples of current analysis include analysis of headcount related costs and outside expenses.

Expertise in Qlik, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Proficiency in CRM systems

Familiarity with internal JPMC systems is a plus

Outstanding time management skills and attention to details

2-3 years previous accounting experience required

Strong knowledge of accounting concepts and current accounting principles

Ability to manage multiple tasks, while effectively focusing on priority issues

Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

Ability to communicate well with both internal and external audiences using excellent interpersonal skills

Create, manage and automate operational reports and dashboards to monitor the performance of the business

Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills

Knowledge of Essbase / Oracle Planning & Budgeting Cloud and Oracle Financials a plus

Forge meaningful relationships with the Hospitality team to become a trusted business partner

Analyze monthly & quarterly business results, KPIs, trends, and synthesize results / critical business insights to leadership

Highlight risks & opportunities, building sensitivity analyses and drive solutions to problems as they arise

Track and report sustainable finance deals

You have 3-5 years of commercial or sustainability-related work experience
