- We provide our Investment Associates with a wide range of responsibilities, such as:

- Identifying, assessing, and formalizing new fund investments and other opportunistic investments

- Undertaking due diligence tasks like industry-specific research, valuation, and comparative analysis

- Compiling and presenting investment memorandums to our investment committee

- Taking an active part in portfolio management, including asset allocation analysis, risk management, and ongoing investment performance monitoring

- Building and nurturing professional relationships with various industry actors, fund managers, and middlemen

What We're Looking For

- We value academic excellence and real-world experience in our team members. Our ideal Investment Associate will have:

- A solid academic record with a MBA from a top-tier business school.

- 3-5 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in investment banking, institutional family office, endowment/foundation, fund of funds, or investment consultancy

- Financial modeling proficiency and a solid understanding of capital markets
