Associate Manager, Marketing Finance

About The Job

The Associate Manager, Marketing Finance holds a key managerial position within the Finance Organization to give strategical support for the Yogurt BU Marketing & Innovation areas. The Associate Manager reports to the Marketing Finance Sr. Manager, operating in close collaboration with the Brands and Innovation teams while interacting with many cross-functionals partners. Preferably, this role is based in White Plains, NY office, but can also be based in Broomfield, CO!

Responsibilities

• Participate in Capital Investment Business Case Analysis when projects require
• Responsible for Danone reporting requirements and of Reporting System (Tagetik) loading of our latest A&P outlook
• Piloting allocations as business needs change and solving for funding gaps
• Supporting the Brand & Innovation Teams by developing P&Ls for proposed Innovation products and/or Renovation of existing products – challenging assumptions around volume, pricing, and input costs, participating in the stage gate process and working to ensure that new product launches are accretive to the P&L
• Maintaining a Brand Dashboard Report with latest view of Actuals & Rolling Forecasts and communicating to Marketing Business Partners key metrics and updates
• Ad hoc financial analysis
• Owning & managing the Yogurt BU A&P Budget across brands, including budgeting, forecasting and controlling allocated funding across brands
• Evaluating effectiveness of marketing activities, including innovation and media spend

About You

• You possess financial acumen and analytical skills required to thrive in a deadline-oriented environment
• You are proactive with a constructive attitude
• You have a Bachelor's Degree (Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or similar preferred)
• You possess strong Microsoft Office skills, mainly Excel and PowerPoint, and preferred advanced knowledge of SAP and Tagetik
• You have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of the organization
• You have 3+ years of Finance experience, preferably in the CPG industry

The base compensation range for this position is $85k-104k commensurate with experience.
