Investment Associate - Mid-Senior Level - Manhattan

Position/Compensation: Full Commission with Potential Large Upside

Location: Midtown Manhattan, New York City, NY

Note: Two Positions Available One Entry Level, One Mid-Senior Level

Our client is a full-service real estate brokerage and investment firm located in the heart of Manhattan. They focus on pairing investments with clientele looking to acquire or sell commercial real estate nationwide and are looking to expand their team.

For the right candidate, the company offers extensive training, resources, and expertise to accommodate those starting their career in capital investments. For senior level candidates, coming with a book of business is a huge plus.

JOB SUMMARY

This position involves providing support in strategic advisory services within the real estate industry. Responsibilities include:

• Serving as an integral part of a team, working on and creating an active pipeline of deals while developing your own book of business
• Prospecting new client relationships and referral sources
• Staying on top of industry trends and attend networking & industry events
• Analyzing data, conducting research, assisting with financial modeling, and contributing to client communications.
• Developing and maintaining industry relationships with private and institutional retail, commercial real estate owners, investors, and service providers to promote new business development and source new deals

QUALIFICATIONS

• Disciplined, self-starter with the ability to manage your own schedule and priorities
• Superior analytical, comprehension, and creative problem-solving skills
• An ability to make contacts to source transactions and the ability to create new business channels is preferred.
