We are looking for a motivated Executive Sales Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in our Boston office!
Responsibilities Include
  • Responsible for calendar management and scheduling for department staff.
  • Prepare expense reports, process invoices and track expenses for department staff.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance and optimize internal processes.
  • Train and assist teammates to utilize business applications and administrative systems.
  • Review incoming communications and coordinate an efficient and timely response.
  • Respond independently to inquiries and situations using discretion and judgment.
  • Support senior leadership of US Retail Distribution.
  • Prepare documents and draft communications on behalf of senior management.
  • Arrange travel and assist with event planning for department staff.
  • Interact directly with key internal personnel and clients in a highly professional manner.
  • Apply retention principles to properly store department records and confidential data.
  • Organize and attend meetings, take detailed notes, and assist with project management.
  • Complete various ad hoc projects and support rollout of strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain department policies & procedures. Ensure records are accurate and up to date.
  • Work with others to ensure the effectiveness of the sales support ecosystem.
Job Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel).
  • Ability to set priorities, balance multiple tasks, meet deadlines.
  • Detail orientated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • College Degree preferred with 1 to 2 years of business experience.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Adaptable to rapidly changing priorities and able to handle confidential information.
  • Highly motivated, enjoys collaborating and thrives in a team setting.

Salary & Benefits
The annual base salary for this role is listed below.
Primary Location
Boston, Massachusetts
Salary range is expected to be between
$42,750.00 USD - $71,250.00 USD

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
