A successful founder has started a new venture based in Washington DC and is in search of a true right-hand Executive Assistant to join the team. The entrepreneur has raised significant funding by an Ultra-High Net Worth Family Office and is excited to continue building the organization.


This is a chance to join a great mission that is poised to catch the attention of the Medical-Technology world and the founder has a track record of success in this space.

The plan for this Executive Assistant is to support the CEO with Administrative and entrepreneurial tasks, along with very minor personal assistance only on rare occasions.


As the founder will travel extensively and bounce between multiple locations, the EA will hold down the fort at the central office conveniently located near a Metro Stop in Washington DC.


The ideal candidate will enjoy handling a variety of different tasks. The candidate should be well-organized and be comfortable in a very fast-paced environment to include scheduling meetings, travel coordination, running occasional personal errands, communicating with vendors, and managing email inboxes. This individual should be able to draft documents and have a strong tech savvy. The ability to think outside the box is a must!


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to remember and keep track of preferences
  • 3 Year+ successful Administrative experience-Must be a rising star
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Experience with planning events
  • Experience with managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Experience with travel Coordination
  • Tech Savvy, Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
