Job Description
Looking for an exciting opportunity as an Executive Assistant? Look no further! We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant to the COO. While we're a rapidly growing healthcare IT staffing agency based out of DC, we are currently hiring for a remote position, with a preference for someone in the DC area.
Our Client's mission is to specialize in placing experienced Epic professionals in roles with our clients across the country. What sets us apart from other healthcare IT staffing firms is our focus on ongoing personal and professional training offered to our employees. We prioritize supporting our team members to exceed their goals, even the ones they didn't know they had!
As Executive Assistant to the COO, you'll serve in a very important role as their right-hand, who supports every department in the company. This leader needs an experienced driver that will think ahead in order to make their life and job easier, thus broadening their capacity to focus on operating the other parts of the business! Priorities will change rapidly, and you might be running a company-wide meeting one minute or running to get coffee for the team the next minute. There can be no task too big or too small in this role.
What will you be doing? Honestly... anything the COO needs! You'll take notes in all the meetings, help manage, organize and prioritize schedules and to-do lists, book travel and events for the company, research industry trends and events, conduct consultant check-ins, communicate with clients, help with marketing needs, assist in creating and executing "WOW experience," find and share innovative ways to streamline processes and make things more efficient, and more...

At least 3 years of EA experience in a rapidly changing environment
