Basic Function
The Senior Executive Assistant provides advanced and complex high-level administrative support to the Executive Director and Managing Director of the College Excellence Program.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Determine priority of matters of attention for ED and MD; redirect matters to Senior Team and staff to handle or handle personally, as appropriate. Keep ED and MD advised of time-sensitive and priority issues to ensure appropriate follow-up.
  • Work directly with Executive Director and Managing Director to support all aspects of their portfolios.
  • Handle communications by drafting, reviewing, and sending correspondence. Assist with the review of presentations and reports as requested.
  • Maintain Executive Director and Managing Director calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, speaking engagements, and travel arrangements. Exercise discretion in committing time and evaluating needs. Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Organizes and supports all aspects of meetings to include gathering documents, scheduling, logistics, and minutes.
  • Provide administrative support for the coordination, monitoring, and communication of priorities and projects led by the Senior Team to advance strategic priorities.
  • Routinely perform a variety of support duties that include preparing, reconciling and submitting expenses and maintaining accurate records.
Knowledge, Education , and Experience
  • 3-5 years experience as an executive assistant in a similar setting required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
