Position Summary:
Lonely Ghost, a Forbes-featured, inspiring streetwear brand, is seeking a personable and highly organized individual to provide professional administrative support to the CEO/Co-Founder. The role requires constructive, proactive work, guided by the mission and vision of the organization’s leader in a high-energy, fast-paced, apparel company.
Primary Responsibilities:
The role manages the executive's calendar, schedules and confirms appointments, arranges for meetings, coordinates with members of the Executive Team, makes and confirms travel plans, and prepares agendas. This individual may attend key meetings and works to operationalize the leaders’ ideas and vision for executing a plan for company growth and community development.
The qualified candidate needs to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information, have the ability to work independently, and the experience to organize the leader to get results.The assistant must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to represent the CEO to external business partners and brand collaborators. This position acts as a liaison between the executive and leadership teams within the organization.
The experienced assistant knows how to prioritize schedules, hold the leader accountable, responds in a timely manner, and moves projects forward without prompting. The role works closely and effectively with the leader to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately, and acts as a ‘barometer’ for balancing cadence with project sense of urgency.
Required Experience & Skills:
·3-5 years' experience as Executive Assistant or other relevant administrative support
·Excellent interpersonal and communication skills within the company and with external business partners.
·Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively while managing multiple projects.
·Ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information.
·Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google, Microsoft Suite, Slack, ASANA or similar software.
·Detail-oriented, multi-tasker who loves what we’re building at Lonely Ghost.
·A contingency planner, adaptable, and poised under pressure.

The ideal Executive Assistant must be creative, proactive, and a problem solver; enjoy working within a small, entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven and community oriented.The ideal candidate has good judgement, a positive approach to accountability, and the experience to challenge a visionary leader.
The perfect candidate can articulate the leader’s vision and ideas to inside teams and outside partners. The qualified assistant prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matter expeditiously and proactively; and follows through on projects to successful completion. You must live in Utah, or be willing to move to the Salt Lake City area.
