About the Job:
- Assist with managing calendars, planning business meetings and special events, and coordinating travel logistics.
- Support office coordination and facilitate day-to-day operations.
- Schedule internal meetings and coordinate with remote and on-site staff.
- Manage incoming communications and edit documents.
