WHAT WE CAN ACHIEVE TOGETHER


The Executive Assistant III will provide direct administrative support to the state director of the Georgia business unit. The Executive Assistant III will perform various high-level administrative tasks, including domestic and international travel arrangements, meeting and special events logistics, calendar management, drafting correspondence, and processing expenses. They must have advanced knowledge of the systems and resources utilized by the program to provide support and coordinate communications related to the resources. They will maintain, track, analyze, and report on key data for senior management. The Assistant III will guide satisfying requirements based on extensive knowledge of policies and procedures. They will adapt processes and implement recommended practices to improve effectiveness. They will provide recommendations and targeted training. They will communicate on behalf of their supervisor and will have substantial contact with trustees, all levels of staff, donors, volunteers, vendors, and business relations. The Executive Assistant III will serve as the primary contact for the Board of Trustees and board management to, include but not limited to managing meeting logistics, communications, board reports, and board meeting minutes. They will take on additional duties to enhance the work of the team. Such responsibilities may include but are not limited to, a more significant role in training, developing documentation, and/or enhancing the systems and tools the team uses. This position requires travel and working long and flexible hours as needed. The work environment involves only infrequent exposure to disagreeable elements and minor physical exertion and/or strain.

TNC Georgia works remotely with hoteling office space available in Atlanta, and to that end, we are looking for someone who thrives working in a hybrid environment. Salary ranges will vary depending on the location of the selected candidate and the range will be shared in the questionnaire phase of the recruitment.


WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Experience managing the schedule and contacts of a senior leader.
  • Experience generating reports and analyzing and interpreting data.
  • Bachelor’s degree and 3 years related experience or equivalent combination.
  • Experience working across departments.
  • Experience with database management.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to implement complex processes.
  • Demonstrated experience using diplomacy and tact to build strong relationships and motivate staff.
  • Experience supervising staff, interns and/or volunteers.
  • Successful experience implementing strategic program goals.
  • Experience coordinating projects.
  • Strong organizational skills, accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to use existing technology to achieve desired results.
  • Experience interpreting guidelines to achieve desired results.
  • Multi-lingual skills and multi-cultural or cross-cultural experiences are appreciated
