Travel Booking Agent Jobs

We are currently seeking highly motivated, fun and energetic individuals to join our team as a travel booking agent. In this role, you will work closely with seasoned agents to learn about the travel industry and the ability to gain hands-on experience while booking travel needs for your clients.

Responsibilities:

• Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions and client information
• Research and provide recommendations for travel destinations, accommodations and activities
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, zoom or in-person to provide travel advice and assistance
• Assist clients in booking travel arrangements, including but not limited to flights, hotels, car rentals, and tours
• Stay up-to-date on travel industry trends and changes in regulations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to learn new software / database quickly
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Must have access to stable internet connection via phone, tablet or computer
• Communication and some customer service skills preferred
