Having a successful track record of creating partnerships with top talent and global brands since our inception in 2019, Bad Moon Talent is at the forefront of pushing boundaries in the creator economy. To continue pushing these boundaries, BMT is looking for a self-motivated individual to lead further expansion of our exclusive client roster of digital creators.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate industry trends and formulate a long-term creator strategy
• Work closely with Talent, Creator Partnerships and Media teams to identify, source, and engage with prospective creators and influencers
• Lead brainstorms around concepts and activation ideas for brand initiatives
• Serve as internal lead with onboarded clients for campaign execution, ensuring all teams are aligned going into deployment
• Work closely with Media team in revenue-driving projects such as Media Campaigns, Consulting, and Reporting
• Act as main client facing point of contact to ensure smooth execution and delivery of all campaign components

Minimum qualifications

• 3+ years of gaming, esports, or marketing and strategy experience, with an emphasis on talent management and campaign execution in the influencer marketing or branded content space
• Proven ability to manage and oversee client relations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

• Desire to go above and beyond day-to-day expectations
• Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional client service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with creators to achieve business goals
• Desire to work in the video game industry
• Effective organizational, analytical and execution skills
