Summary:
Salary range - $64,000 - $85,000

The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location.
This role will also qualify for a monthly mobile phone stipend as well as participation in MOTUS.
Responsible to generate new business from large organizations with expansive local, regional and national workplace relocation and facility support needs. This position focuses exclusively on securing large, long term enterprise relationships with organizations that have significant commercial real estate portfolios and diverse ongoing business relocation and facility support needs.
Key Responsibilities include:
Executive level B to B program sales focused business relocation and facility support services
Develop a focused program market strategy for the sales region
Prospect the sales region to identify mid and long term program opportunities
Collaborate with transactional sales teams to identify program opportunities where transactional track record can be an accelerator
Build trusted relationships with buyers to identify client needs, pain points and desired solutions well in advance of RFP
Qualify opportunities and educate prospects on the Suddath value proposition well in advance of RFP
Directly involve internal subject matter experts throughout the sales process to demonstrate differentiation and to craft winning solutions and offerings
Responsible to participate in a significant industry group in a material/leadership capacity
Responsible to operate exclusively om Microsoft CRM application to document the sales and relationship process
Responsible to produce results commensurate with established goals and market potential
Job skills required:
Must be able to work independently
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must have an excellent technology orientation
Must be able and willing to initiate business development through telephonic cold calls
Must be willing to travel up to 50% as needed

Must develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers. Must demonstrate initiative and be effective working independently. Must also posses and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Mathematical and Computer Skills:
Must be effective working with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Must be able to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Must demonstrate excellent mathematical and administrative skills to ensure accurate pricing, proposal development and record keeping.
Must be highly proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS CRM and Email. Must be proficient with presentation applications (MS PowerPoint and WebEx)
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university is preferred; five years of direct business to business sales experience focusing on large, long term enterprise relationships; experience in office moving, commercial furniture sales, commercial real estate services or project management is preferred.
Language Ability:
Must possess and demonstrate the ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Must effectively write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Must be able to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Reasoning Ability:
Must possess and demonstrate the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Must be able to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
