The Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for nurturing and growing relationships with key enterprise-level clients. The primary focus of this role will be driving customer satisfaction, expanding account revenue, and identifying new business opportunities within assigned accounts. This strategic role requires exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of our products and services, and the ability to build strong partnerships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor client satisfaction, promptly address any concerns or issues, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
- Stay up to date on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
- Identify growth opportunities, understand client needs, and create strategic initiatives to drive account expansion.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Address solution uses, benefits, competitive advantages, and business terms to facilitate technical follow-up to close a sale.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to review performance, identify areas of improvement, and present new product offerings.
- Develop comprehensive account plans that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling DAS products and services to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, sales, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of account plans and strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Enterprise-level clients, service as a main point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Other duties, as assigned.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records, sales activities, and customer interactions
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of DAS Health solution offerings and the competitive landscape to consistently meet or exceed quota expectations.
- Serve as a strategic partner to clients, providing insights and recommendations on industry trends, market developments, and best practices.
- Understand the unique business objectives and challenges of each client, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Requirements:
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Prior or current healthcare experience is required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in afast-paced environment.
- High energy with strong initiative, unquestionable reliability, and follow-through, self-directed and organized.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Ability to manage stressful situations.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of enterprise-level sales cycles and processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience in a professional environment.
- Minimum of 5 years of account management of enterprise-level organizations is required.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and identify new business opportunities.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients.
- Detail-oriented with a professional demeanor.
