Description and Requirements
As the Enterprise Sales Director for TELUS International AI Data Solutions your goal is to meet and exceed our revenue growth objectives by generating business from new logos. The target customers are companies larger than $1 Billion in revenue within an assigned geographic territory.
You will do this by:
- Managing opportunities to closure
- Supporting and ensuring that any, and all reporting requirements are completed and submitted in the timeframe specified by client
- Advocating for your client and be customer focused
- Acting as liaison between operations and clients
- Qualifying / closing leads (MQLs) sourced by marketing
- Accurately capturing and reporting all aspects of account and opportunity information within a sales force automation (SFA) application
- Accurately reporting on forecast / pipeline
- Achieving of subsequent revenue targets and other sales performance requirements
- Maintaining a pipeline of active opportunities
- Communicating strategic information such as market intelligence, key customer data, competitive analysis and pricing information to internal constituencies
- Supporting the preparation of all proposals and client quotations.
- Developing a deep understanding of your prospects business goals, competition, growth plans and obstacles
- Managing the entire sales process including lead generation, qualification, discovery, solution development / presentation, negotiation and close
- Achieving prospecting goals by generating new leads and opportunities from personal activity (cold calling), trade shows, internal & external conferences, regional organizations, etc.
- Positioning all AI solutions & services with help from product specialists

Required Qualifications:
- Strong negotiation, presentation and leadership skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience selling technology services at an enterprise level
- Experience managing complex enterprise sales from onboarding to maturity
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working within Global AI Services, Software as a Service (SaaS), Workforce Solutions, Crowdsourcing Services/Solutions, and/or “Human in the Loop”
Travel Required:
- Up to 25% annually within North America

Compensation:
The base compensation range for this position is $126,000 - 157,500 USD commensurate with experience. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable laws.
