As the Enablement Program Manager for our Customer Onboarding team you’ll provide continuous support and delivery of education and training of the Toast Platform and processes for Onboarding Consultants, with a heavy focus on platform activation. You’ll be the dedicated enablement resource whose primary responsibilities are to own the ongoing enablement of Onboarding Consultants who support Toast menu and guest products via dedicated enablement support, activity, testing and reporting.

About this roll*:
- Design a scalable way to measure outcomes via data including but not limited to Service Appointment adherence + Utilization, TaskRay Efficiency and Activation Metrics
- Content knowledge and comprehension via certifications and weekly training
- You will develop enablement content within a variety of modalities including classroom style training, online/on-demand tutorials, certifications, videos and more in partnership with subject matter experts, learning designers, and facilitators
- Identify training needs for Onboarding Consultants by partnering with stakeholders to identify business priorities, work within the OKR framework, and develop specialized content to support.
- Develop and execute on-plan to business KPIs
- Present program progress and results to key onboarding leadership
- Deploy and maintain assessment and performance tracking systems for:
- You will align with the enablement program manager supporting the new hire program to ensure content is relevant and up to date
- You will create relevant correlations between training and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- You will formulate the vision and goals for your program in collaboration with your manager, other stakeholders in the business, and your peers that align with customer needs and Toast's strategy

- Experience successfully standing up new process from planning to execution

- Strong project management skills and ability to multitask
- Ability to effectively operate both strategically and tactically in an ambiguous environment
- Strong reporting and analysis skills
- Systems/Tools Proficiency
- 2+ years of experience required in enablement or L&D, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Salesforce experience & reporting
- Workramp or Articulate is a plus
- Customer onboarding experience is a plus

- Comfortable presenting & have the ability to command an audience
