As a Project or Program Manager, you will work with our clients to develop and execute end-to-end activities necessary to manage a project. This includes creating project plans and estimates, scoping requirements, and seeing a project or program through implementation and deployment. You will need to be able to proactively monitor, manage, and report on the execution of deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Develop program scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and metrics
• Identify blockers to success and come up with a plan to effectively address them with the team
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Ensure that client expectations are clearly understood and communicated
• Manage v-team communications and key stakeholders and keep them accountable for helping to meet deadlines
• Prepare regular status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
• Create project work and project plans and revise as needed to meet changing requirements
• Support strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues by working in a collaborative and service-oriented way
• Manage client and internal projects/programs and workstreams, including meetings, communication tools (email, Teams, etc.), status updates, etc.

Skills and experience

• Able to work effectively remotely (and across time zones, when necessary)
• Experience working with subject matter experts with deep content knowledge
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required, and proficiency with a project management solution
• Multiple years in project management or program management with experience in one or more of the following areas: digital marketing, go-to-market offers or campaigns, marketing strategy, marketing technology, sales support, sales enablement, business operations and administration
• Able to collaborate effectively with others in high-pressure situations and to manage productively through conflict
• Motivated, self-starting, comfortable with high rates of change — and with a natural desire to accept challenges and diverse assignments
• Able to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion
• Superior communication and client-facing skills; able to engage with multiple-stakeholder teams
