Location: Remote

Salary: $120K - $180K (DOE) OTE $240K

About the role


As Jugo continues to grow, we are looking to recruit an Alliances & Partnership Director to develop and implement commercial and strategic relationships, centred around the core vertical of Sports Jugo is experiencing rapid growth within.


We are seeking a highly motivated individual, who has proven success in networking, building relationships and creating partnerships


You will execute and develop the strategic business plan, focusing on the expansion of Jugo, opening it up to new customer segments and partnerships, while also strengthening sales operations. You will also be instrumental in creating future strategic plans with the goal of boosting revenue streams across all sectors and use cases.


Responsibilities:


  • Sourcing new partners and executing exciting partnership solutions
  • Monitor the marketplace and analyse opportunities to provide competitive analysis, strategies and tactics
  • Maintaining and deepening relationships with existing partners
  • Help maximize reach and efficiency by adding new, scalable partners
  • Stay well-connected with customers to ensure broad market needs are being incorporated into the product development road map.
  • Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy
  • Be an advocate of using the latest technology to improve and enhance audience engagement.
  • Developing metrics to measure ROI from partnerships.
  • Monitor the revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting as necessary to create sustainable growth
  • Participate in and lead contract negotiations and completion of partnership agreements.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams, Finance, Product, Development and Marketing on process, messaging, pricing strategies and business models to achieve revenue goals


About you/Qualifications:


  • Demonstrable experience within Sports as well as software channel experience
  • Proven experience working with senior stakeholders to find win-win solutions.
  • You are highly goal-oriented, assertive and a hands-on, problem solver.
  • Proven track record of growing revenue through strategic sales, marketing, branding, and partnerships.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (eg. Salesforce) would be a plus
  • You demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • You have excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ambitious and forward thinking, able to work as part of cross functional team and as an individual contributor.
  • You possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • 5+ years Senior Partnership management role, driving and implementing sales strategy and revenue growth with both existing and new clients and divisions
