Director Of Product Operations

Job Summary:

The Director of Product Operations at Teachstone is responsible for overseeing the operations and processes related to the development, launch, and ongoing support of the company's educational products. This includes managing cross-functional teams responsible for product development, quality assurance, content creation, and project management. The Director of Product Operations will also be responsible for driving operational excellence throughout the organization, ensuring that products are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring products are delivered on time and within budget.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and incorporate them into product development strategies.
• Ensure all products meet the company's quality standards, and work with the production team to identify and resolve any issues.
• Work closely with the finance team to manage the product budget, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Lead cross-functional teams responsible for product development, quality assurance, content creation, video development, and project management.
• Drive operational excellence throughout the organization, identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
• Provide regular updates on product development progress to the senior management team.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring that they are meeting performance standards and delivering on contractual obligations.

Qualifications:

• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, external partners, and senior management.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of the early childhood education industry and educational product development.
• 7+ years of experience in product operations, project management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and drive operational excellence.
• Experience managing budgets and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
