Job Description

Our Client, a rapidly-expanding Multi-State Operator in the Cannabis industry, is hiring a Director of Store Operations to lead the growth and development of their retail presence across the Southeast USA.

Ideal Candidate will have:

  • Commitment to a customer/patient-centric approach to business, with a strong focus on service and education
  • Proven ability to create and implement data-driven strategies across multi-layered teams
  • Cannabis Industry experience is helpful, but not required
  • Ability to work full-time out of Little Rock, AR with regular travel across the Southeast USA
  • 5-10 years of direct experience leading territories with 15+ stores (Specialty Retail, Fashion, Health & Wellness, Upscale Hospitality a PLUS!)


Compensation includes competitive base salary + benefits + performance bonus

Relocation assistance to Little Rock as needed
