Job Description

We have an opening for a Director of Sales & Marketing with a popular Independent Living Community in New York City! The Director of Sales & Marketing should be sales driven with a proven track record of generating and closing qualified leads. The Director of Sales & Marketing will collaborate with the Executive Director and Regional Sales Director to develop and execute marketing plans and achieve community occupancy goals. The Director of Sales & Marketing will also oversee 1 Sales Manager and help with continued achievements! We're looking for a strong closer with Senior Living experience!


REQUIREMENTS FOR DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING :

  • Proven track record of generating and closing a high percentage of qualified leads
  • More than 1 year of sales experience in a leadership role with direct reports
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing to include principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services including marketing strategy and tactics, sales techniques, and sales control systems
  • Must have Senior Living experience*


HOURS OF THIS POSITION FOR DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING :

  • Zip Code: 10282
  • Monday – Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm
  • 100% onsite, in-office*
  • Must be flexible to work weekends for showings


SALARY FOR DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING :

  • $100K – $110K + commission
