About The Role
We are hiring a Director of Sales to manage and scale Tremendous’ sales team. This is a pivotal role within the organization, responsible for overseeing and guiding the sales team towards achieving revenue targets and driving business growth. This strategic position requires a combination of strong leadership skills, extensive sales experience, and a deep understanding of market dynamics. You'll also be responsible for managing our team of Enterprise Account Executives, providing feedback and leading day-to-day deal processes.

About The Role

You'll also be responsible for managing our team of Enterprise Account Executives, providing feedback and leading day-to-day deal processes.
You will
- Manage our team of high-performing Account Executives. You'll provide coaching and feedback, guiding activity to achieve sales targets.
- Partner with the leadership team to set goals and refine commission structures.
- Help improve discovery and pitch processes, and step in to accelerate inbound deal cycles as needed.
- 2+ years of experience managing a team of Account Executives.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- 8-12 years of progressive sales experience, including at least 5 as an Account Executive.
