Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy and Execution:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company objectives and drive business growth.
Utilize SEO best practices to improve online visibility, website traffic, and search engine rankings.
Oversee the planning and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.
Marketing Automation and Lead Nurturing:
Utilize marketing automation tools to create effective lead capture, nurturing, and conversion workflows.
Monitor and analyze the performance of automated marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to improve conversion rates and ROI.
Collaborate with the content team to create relevant and engaging content for different stages of the customer journey.
Lead Generation and Conversion:
Implement strategies to generate high-quality leads and increase lead-to-customer conversion rates.
Optimize landing pages, forms, and calls-to-action to maximize lead capture and improve overall website conversion rates.
Continuously analyze lead data and user behavior to identify opportunities for improvement.
Account Management and Client Check-ins:
Manage and nurture client accounts, ensuring their needs are met, and their goals are aligned with our services.
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our services.
Collaborate with the customer support team to provide exceptional service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for the management team, highlighting campaign performance and key insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
PASSION for Marketing, Business, or a related field. Degrees don’t matter here, but are welcomed.
Proven experience in a marketing role, with a focus on SEO, CRM, and marketing automation.
Demonstrated expertise in lead capture, lead nurturing, and account management in a B2B or B2C environment.
In-depth knowledge of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinker with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
