Your Role
The Director of People Operations will oversee all aspects of our People function and ensure the development and implementation of effective people strategies. The Director of People Operations will be responsible for leading a team of HR professionals and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to attract, develop, and retain top talent. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of HR best practices. Sharpen Your Skills In Month 2 By…
  • Leading and mentoring the People Team providing guidance and support on all people related matters including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, comp and benefits, learning and development and employee engagement.
  • Overseeing talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and onboarding processes, to attract and hire top talent across all levels of the organization.
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to assess and anticipate the organization's people-related needs, developing and implementing initiatives to address current and future challenges.
Execute in Month 3 by…
  • Leading the design and implementation of competitive and comprehensive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent while ensuring internal equity and compliance.
  • Partnering with managers to provide coaching and guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent resolution of issues and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Championing employee engagement and retention efforts, utilizing surveys, feedback mechanisms, and recognition programs to continuously improve the employee experience.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience in an agency or digital setting is highly preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP are highly desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding innovative and practical solutions.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think analytically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and implementing HR initiatives and programs.
  • 5+ years of experience in a strategic HR leadership role, preferably as a Director of People Operations or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing comprehensive people strategies.
