Summary
The Food & Beverage Manager is a Department Head position and will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the hotel’s restaurant & bar (Fleetwood), as well as hotel events, and other Food & Beverage activations on property. The Food & Beverage Manager is an integral part of the overall Hotel Leadership team.
Essential Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
- Supporting and managing Fleetwood while working closely with the Executive Chef, along with other hotel departments
- Responsible for the short and long-term planning of the restaurant
- Ensure effective hiring, training, development, and promotion of the team
- Lead and coach the team towards achieving exceptional guest services and colleague satisfaction result
- Nurturing an environment of strong and positive colleague engagement
- Develop and implement creative strategies for revenue enhancement and cost containment
- Develop and recommend the budget, marketing plans, and objectives. Manage within those approved plans
- Responsible for maintaining a positive, professional, and cohesive appearance throughout the restaurant in line with branding
- Plan, coordinate & manage special events, such as holiday functions
- Ability to take the initiative to run the outlets as a free-standing entity
Compensation Range: $61,800 - $86,600 / annually

Qualifications
- 3+ years of Previous Experience in Food & Beverage Leadership; preferably in hotels
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight
- Must be proficient in general computer knowledge and Point of Sales (POS) Systems.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus
- Previous experience as a leader of a team required
