Salary $180,000 - $250,000 per year

We’re looking for an experienced, innovative and results driven Director of Manufacturing to join our fast paced and growing business. In this role you’ll be a key part of the Exec Team and responsible for contribution to wider business strategy and delivery of the Global manufacturing strategy.

In this Role You Will

Draw upon your experience and specialist Manufacturing knowledge to ensure our Global plants are operationally excellent, innovative, and achieving production goals.

Provide inspiring and motivating leadership to those around you.

Ensure the culture remains strong with people highly engaged and growing with us.

Communicate positively and effectively.

Work collaboratively with cross functional teams.

Continuously look for ways to innovate to drive growth.

Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies/products, and best practices in manufacturing to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Utilizing your organization and planning skills.

Monitor, analyze, and report on all metrics, KPI’s, and leveraging data to inform decisions.

You will come to us with

10+ years in a Senior manufacturing role

Relevant Tertiary Qualifications

Strong business acumen, a strategic mindset, and ability to work tactically.

Experience in successfully creating and delivering a global manufacturing strategy.

Track record of having operationally excellent manufacturing processes, setting, and exceeding KPI’s.

Proven Leadership experience, including creating high performing teams and managing employees remotely.

Willingness and demonstrable experience in working cross-functionally and collaboratively within Senior Leadership teams.

The ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment, including being able to quickly & accurately assess opportunities to determine the best approach

Excellent organization and planning skills

A solid understanding of Screen-Printing Transfers and the automated machines that produce them.
