The Director Admissions role is to guide potential clients and their loved ones through the process of starting the treatment journey. You will be an important part of our team, ensuring that clients admitting are qualified and prepared for treatment.

Your Role

Provides information to clients and families in order to help them decide about treatment, prepare for admission, and what they can expect to encounter

Qualifies potential clients according to criteria set forth by the company

Obtains client information and ensures clinical, medical, and financial criteria are met

Maintains accurate data and confidentiality in admissions system platforms

Arranges admission to the program including logistics and case management needs

Obtain, summarize and analyze trends in order to create admissions reports.

Accepts new tasks as needed when they arise

Director Of Admissions Skills And Qualifications

Verbal and written communication skills

Strong Computer Literacy, Experience With CRM And CCS Preferred

Ability to multi-task

Ability to work as part of a team
