Job Summary

The Director of Program Management and Integration, a direct report to the company CEO, is responsible for leading company integration projects for previously acquired companies and future acquisitions. This includes working across the organization to set the scope and establish and execute project plans. This role also will implement and manage company quarterly OKR (objectives, key results) program, special project initiatives, company metric tracking and risk management tools.

Travel

• Remote work available; reside near airport for ease of travel
• 50% travel to multiple sites across the country

Duties & Responsibilities

• Identify open unresolved issues and lead trade studies to determine options and recommendations
• Maintain partnership and M&A pipeline for leadership team
• Implement OKR (objectives, key results) program and maintain Prototek objective setting and tracking to achieve company objectives
• Support CEO and senior leadership as needed in the structuring and completion of critical improvement projects
• Drive on-going improvements of Prototek Business System development with key functions and operations team to continuously improve our tools
• Lead program management of overall integration projects of existing acquired companies to achieve company future state operational business model (Prototek Business Systems)
• Support acquisition diligence and establish integration plans pre-closing to ensure Day 1 success and rapid integration of new companies into Prototek

Competencies

• Advanced knowledge of end-to-end integration/merger strategy
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to provide clear purpose and direction, create alignment, and execute strategies
• Sound judgment to identify problems and facilitate a process to solve problems
• Advanced knowledge of project/program management discipline
• Strong analytical skills to process data into actionable insights, approaches, and strategies

Education & Professional Experience

• Degree in Business, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field required
• 10 + years in Program / Project Management roles
• PMP certification or similar training and qualification for program management preferred
• MBA preferred
• Demonstrated M&A post-merger integration/acquisition project leadership experience
