· Strong Communication skills – 100% fluent English - Oral and written

· Strong Business Analysis Skills – iBanking/Markets experience

· Able to work independently

· Able to lead small team directly, larger group indirectly

· Expert PPT skills – able to independently structure and iterate Executive presentations

· Expert Excel skills – for the purpose of projects and financial tracking along with Exec Presentations

· Ability to structure and lead a process

· Meeting facilitation including those with Executives

· Strong work ethic – will have a sense of ownership and personal accountability
